How do you deal with a space in a filename in Terminal???

I'm more stunned than you can imagine on how far we've REGRESSED.

8.3. File extensions. Remember when Macintosh had a fantastic idea: no file extensions, and handling of file associations was completely invisible to the end user. What a concept.
