Set up a web store question
#1
I need to set up a web store for a friend who's site I maintain. I use Dreamweaver and would like some sort of extension if possible but not necessary. I don't do real programming so I need something I can understand easily. He does not want to use a Yahoo store and wants it to look like the rest of his site, so no prefab templates. So my question is, who can recommend a software package I can buy that will do this for me. I know there are a lot of variables but just recommendations please. Money is not a concern at this point.
Thanks

check out: http://www.webassist.com/

they have a free paypal tool that I've used for several years and it works great in Dreamweaver. I believe they also have some more complex paid versions of ecommerce plugins for dreamweaver that might be more what you're looking for. But definitely check out the free paypal option.

good luck.

I should also note that although you said you don't want to go the yahoo store route, it is quite easy to maintain your own design and still use their services. I have some experience with that if you have any questions.
