Aww Man - Ruffles Cheddar & Sour Cream
#1
Breakfast of Champions... Smile It's just a 1 oz. bag so I'll be fine. However, why the heck are these things soooooooooo good?

Try Chee-tos HOT OFF THE LINE. Heaven.
They extrude the corn meal into the shape. (think micro-pop-corn sticking together in strands)
Then fry it.
Then coat it with warm, melted, liquid orange cheesy goodness.

Now grab it and enjoy!

Ruffles Sour Cream & Onion were my absolute favorite as a kid. I don't eat many chips in general anymore since I don't think they're especially healthy, but I know what you mean.

Great thread. Target Archer Farms makes an Au Gratin chip that imho rivals the Ruffles you speak of, Jedi ChipMaster. You could just about sprain a wrist trying to shove them into your mouth -- they are THAT good. I nearly posted a thread on the inherent dangers of this chip last week. Don't say you were not warned.

You might want to try: UTZ Kettle Classic Jalapeno chips before they pull them from the market. Apparently they have been adding crack cocaine to them, well at least it seems like that.

I can't have those in the house. Once the bag is opened, they are gone. Sooooo good. It has been a long time since I actually bought any because they are very fattening, but sooooo good. Big Grin

Three words:

M S G

Okay...maybe not in any of the above mentioned chips, but the ones that do have it added tend to be addictive, too!

BT: I am also a sucker for a good jalapeno chip. Thanks for the rec. I will look for them!

I "maced" myself with a bag of Tim's Jalepeno chips (regional brand here in the PNW). I was mostly done, and I pressed the bag against my chest to flatten it out so I could fold it down, so they wouldn't get stale. My buddy watched this, and actually passed beer through his nose he laughed so hard. He knew it was going to happen, and he still couldn't control himself.
