Clueless in So Cal...
#1
I bought a Belkin ADC to DVI adapter a few years back, and never got around to using it. It is/was stashed in a small box along w/ some other well intended items such as a FW card for a laptop, and extra FW CF card reader, some misc. cables and software CD's, as well as a few other goodies. Mrs. Buzz "rearranged" things a bit in one of her de-clutter the world moments. I rescued a portable FW enclosure and a USB KVM at the time, and still know where they are, but the rest of the goodies are too well hidden. Mrs. Buzz is clueless as what she did w/ the box, and I've looked everywhere I can think of. Any ideas where she might've put it? [I'm really looking for the Belkin video adapter, the rest of the box will be a bonus...] Thanks,

Buzz

Just sell the equipment you are trying to hook up, and it will almost instantly show up.

I agree. That follows the old adage...
"The best way to get grass to grow is to throw gravel on it and call it a driveway."

I had thought maybe Mrs. Buzz might've stashed the box in your car last trip... :-)

got a couple of VGA monitors for you in the next load. those darn ADC to DVI adapters have nearly doubled in price since I bought it (but only about 40% since it went missing). I want to swap monitors on the ATI 9600 card in the MDD, and thought as long as I already had the adapter... [emphasis on had] I'd go digital off of the ADC connector, replacing the Dr. Bott's ADC to VGA adapter that's been there for awhile, then move it to Baby Buzz's room to add the 15" NEC VGA panel to his desk off of the ATI 9000 card in his machine...
