. . .I mix it with shredded wheat for added texture. . .some splenda and some light soy milk. . .and voila. . .

people don't get enough fiber which has many health benefits. . . does it taste like ice cream. . .no. . .but doesn't taste like cardboard either. . .

I seriously think it DOES taste like cardboard. I don't mean when it's all gussied up like you say, I mean if you just pour milk over it...it's HORRIBLE. I have a box right now and can barely eat it. Again, I am well aware that others' mileage may vary.

. . .well it is fiber. . .but I've eaten it plain and I didn't think it tasted to bad (but as you said mileage will vary) it is dry so hard to eat on its own without some kinda liquid. . .one of the best sources of fiber (in cereal) without sugar. . .

I also use it as topping on stuff. . .sometimes with yogurt, etc. . to sneak the fiber in. . .
