I've only heard of problems with their rebates. I would never buy a rebate item from them. But I've purchased other things from them and never had a problem.

Have to admit, I did make one purchase from them back in May. It was a Brother QL-500 Label Printer for $30 NEW. It was a pricing mistake, they were also selling refurbs for the same price. At the time, a new one was going for $100 or so, but they honored the price. Got the printer in 4 days.

All I can say is avoid items with rebates, use an Amex card, and check their shipping charge before placing the order.

btw, lowest current price on the QL-500 is $70 @ Staples.
