Gray Screen on iMac

Intel Duo Core 2 iMac White
2 gigs of Ram

Leopard - not upgraded to the latest and greatest..

It has been acting a little flakey...

Restarted several times with gray screen
booted form Leopard Disc.
Repaired permissions
repaired disc.

Rebooted. Gray screen.

Rebooted holding down "C" key, Gray screen.

options?

Glad to have time machine, wishing I had bought applecare.

Update:

I let it sit for awhile and then it booted normally.

I'm still having trouble getting on wireless, but I think that is a different problem.

Try zapping the PRAM and disconnecting all peripherals. I had a brand new Apple Al keyboard that caused a Mac Pro to do exactly what you are describing.

You'd be well advised to update to 10.5.2 IMO.
