applebees receipt coupon

I took the telephone survey I was invited to take on my receipt the last time family went to applebees. It says that I can deduct $3 from my bill on my next visit. Can I use the $3 off at any applebees or just the one that I went to that generated the receipt that I took the survey about. It does not mention any limitations on the receipt. TIA

i think it's any applebees. btw, i was in an applebee's one time and the waitress said if i went ahead and did the survey right then with my cell phone, they'd take the $3 of THAT bill.
