Just call your IT people- it's a screw up. What web blocker do they use ? We use Websense, and every now and then in their update they give us garbage data, and we have to go in and fix it.

just use one of the foreign Google sites:

Google's Gmail has a secure method (somebody mentioned it here) to send and receive email which completely bypasses any attempt to capture it. Maybe that's why?
