and not that "significant" an update either.

I read the items on the page.... I was not all that impressed with the urgency of this update.

The 802.1x fix could prove useful. I've been experiencing problems with internet access on my wirelessly-connected iMac lately. I'd assumed the problem was with my provider, but yesterday my fiancee experienced the problem on the iMac at the same time I was successfully surfing with my MBP.

I'm using Software Update as I type this, like always. 198MB. As per usual it seems like a lot of tiny stuff that's all tasty in the greater soup.

I believe the 802.1X fix is for authenticated networks (WPA/WPA2 Enterprise and the like). Are you using such a network? I do with my T-Mobile Hotspot account but that's about the only time. I would welcome any improvements. The Leopard implementation is a little flakey.
