Applecare registration (follow-up)
#1
So after the response to my previous question, I went ahead and registered the Applecare for my son's MacBook in his name last night online. Or at least I think I did. At the end I selected the option to have them send us the paperwork via snail mail rather than email. After clicking the button to submit, I got some page saying something about that being "temporarily unavailable. Please check back later."

So later last night, again this morning, and again just now I tried entering the serial number to check the warranty status and I get the info that it is under warranty until May 29, 2009 and that Our records also indicate that the registration of an extended service and support plan is currently in progress in our systems.

At what point do you think I should just pick up the phone and call them about this? Or is it not unusual for something like this to be "in progress" for a while? Maybe the whole system is slammed with iPhone stuff.
