Alittle help please - convert Video_TS to iPhone

So I have some videos in VIDEO_TS format. I downloaded iSquint, thinking this would allow me to convert videos to iPhone size. I guess I'm missing something 'cause no can do. There must be an intermediate step! Help please.

handbrake will do it. there's even a preset for iphone, i think.

In place of MTR or as a subsequent step? I'm kinda used to MTR but if it's a rip and convert in one go then Handbreak it is.

There is, about half way down the preset list, in version 0.9.1

You should be able to do it all in Handbrake, no other app needed.
