Well - the same could probably be said about a large part of the African American community - reflexively backing any and every public black figure, no matter what they do (e.g. Kwame Kilpatrick, Marion Barry, Ray Nagin - or closer to home for me: Carolyn Smith, and of course - OJ Simpson)

No real Democrat is crossing over to vote for McCain. A bunch of Republican woman (and men) crossed over to vote for Hillary, and are now just going back to the fold. It makes "zero" sense to go from Hillary to McCain unless you were a Republican from the get go.
