Selling my Office 2001 Retail Full install to work.

Any real idea what it is worth? I have seen prices starting about $270 at various internet sellers. I an a contracted supplier of photo and video work for them, so they can buy it from me through their accounting system. Their IT doesn't want to be bothered to find it, and I have 2 above and beyond what I need.

Full Retail, unopened or a Full Retail and unused.

They need to upgrade a DA 667 to Office 2001. They are having some serious issues with Office 98 on the Mac with Office 2003 for Windows.

Don't bring up OS X and Office 2004. Not going to happen. They will scrap the Mac and replace with a PC and XP.

My vote goes to $200 for the new package, unopened. It'll be like found money anyway, so why sweat the small things? $200's a very fair deal for all involved.

I was leaning towards that, as long as the way they pay me doesn't transact like a business deal, and I get shafted twice by Uncle Sam.
