I think I'm going to buy another appletv

My wife thought I was crazy when I bought the first one, now she wants me to buy another one! I'll probably jump on the refurb bus again.

I dropped a 250GB in mine and currently have ~100 movies and several seasons of TV shows on it. My wife definitely enjoys not having to root around the DVD box (I ripped them all) to see what she wants to watch.

I used the ATVFlash and was able to add an external 750gb USB drive. Now if I only had the time to rip all our DVDs.

I am chomping at the bit waiting to see if a Dell (or Asus, etc.) Ion has enough power to record a 1080i program with an EyeTV Hybrid. It might be a near perfect low power use media center.
