I was thinking more in terms of 1400 modem! I had to close out and reopen FF just to get to the next page. WTH.

I just tried it with my commercial account and all seemed pretty zippy. Nothing out of the ordinary over here.

I am still trying to access our cc account. It doesn't recognize the account for some reason even tho' I am able to log on. It requires me to enter a ID code. I have already tried and created three new ones. Nothing is working ... aggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

It's okay here. Safari 3.2.1 mostly and DSL on a low-end Mac.

Wonder what's going on at your end? Sounds like torture.

Having no problems with other banking sites nor any other websites. Its page hasn't loaded yet since my last response. It'd be a torture if we missed making a payment. Oh, well, here I go with the phone call to the CS.
