She's a bit nutty in interviews I've seen her in lately, and especially in the Daily Show clip of her press conference in Israel. But, hey, more power to her to keep working into her "advanced years".

LOL. I just love that site. "The Fug Girls" are hilarious, and so are the celeb fashion photos they blog about. Courtney Love has her own wing in the archive there, as you could imagine. (Only go there on an empty stomach, and if you're feeling particularly brave and daring.)
