'Easiest fix might be to export your bookmarks, quit Firefox, remove the "~/Library/Application Support/Firefox" folder and then import the bookmarks back when you relaunch Firefox.

'Course you'd loose any plugins you had.

Thanks DOC..... I didn't do exactly as you suggested, but your post encouraged me to backup by bookmarks..... and then I deleted FoxFire and downloaded again and then restored my bookmarks. My screen now retains it's size when I close and reopen FoxFire. Thanks.
