When was the last time you saw a Geo Metro?

took a peek earlier, and realized I hadn't been paying attention to Metros for many years, but did notice a white one w/ "metro" stripe across the bottom on the way home about half an hour ago. was quite clean and appeared to be in good shape, though the paint was kinda dull.

Everyday. There's one in my driveway. A Metro that I bought for $8000 new in 1996 (when I was in grad school). It's our second car right now, so it doesn't get much use, but it comes in handy.

I have a 1996 GEO Prizm and I play on driving it till it drops dead. Which I bet won't be for another 10 years.
