AHH! THE BEEPING MAKE IT STOP!!!!

Finally got the GUI FTP application on Damn Small Linux running, and am transferring over my friends HD via FTP.

Unfortunatly, it's not taking full advantage of my 100BaseT, or at least it doesn't seem like it, but the worst part:

It beeps every time a file transfer is completed. EVERY TIME!!!! EVERY SINGLE FILE

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP!!!!!!

IT"S VERY ANNOYING!!!!!! I Wish the Transfer was DONE!!!!

You ought to live here. I am right next door to a truck repair place and they are backing them all day with the safety backup beep-beep going off.

It is also known as DSL. There are versions of Linux that can fit on a single floppy, much like DOS of yesteryear...
