weird eyehome problem

I've been using my eyehome for quite some time now and its worked flawlessly. I have all my DVDs ripped to a hard drive that feeds the eyehome. Recently i ripped some movies into ipod format to put on my daughters ipod. Since then, I've been having all these "extra" folders show up in my eyehome movies directory. I have rock, pop, world etc. Basically genres from itunes i guess. But in these folders are my daughters ipod ripped movies! I cannot figure out why these are showing up in my eyehome directory. The ipod videos have no genre assigned to them. I don't know where they are coming from or ow to remove them. Normally i wouldn't care, but it stretches my main eyehome movie menu from 1 page to 3 pages by adding all the extra folders.

Not sure if you'd consider this a fix, but would it be an improvement to bury all the stuff you want one folder deeper? One more click, but then you'd only see what you wanted.

Edit: Forgot to mention, mine has always done the same thing. I never worried about it, but I can see how it could be a hassle if has changed things from how you like to see them.
