I was never told I'd get a call from an engineer - perhaps that was a response for a request for more complete explanation or why you were declined. I was told that a customer relations person would call me.

One of these people was entirely unaware of the specs of the current machines and told me that she wasn't a technician.

Like I said M, I am really good at this...
