no weight gain for me. I'd be in a full-on diabetic coma about 1 hour after consuming that.

Second largest weight loss in my life was when I was in a coma for 3 days after an accident. Dropped 40 lbs !

Largest was dysentery- Dropped 70 lbs !

Everything in moderation. For example, if you eat 600 calories of food at some meal and then have 6 drinks (assuming ~15 grams of alcohol per drink and no carbs), your body will use the alcohol for energy and end up converting much of the 600 calories to fat.

I'm skeptical. After 6 drinks, how much energy expenditure is there from lying in the gutter?
They don't have to be consumed all at once. Someone could have two drinks in an hour and then one drink each hour after that and the caloric result would be the same.

Personally I've never consider a Milk Shake a drink, such as drinking it with
a meal. To me it's more of a dessert or a snack. I prefer a Fresh Banana
shake from Cook-Out. Cook-Out's are popping up all over the southeast.
