Reading the thread the article references:
http://theflashblog.com/?p=1703

And another linked to on that thread:
http://blogs.adobe.com/penguin.swf/2010/...blems.html

My conclusion is that Flash doesn't work very well for video on Macs and Linux, and it's Adobe's fault. The second thread claims that its because Flash is supposed to be doing all sorts of other wonderful things, and others haven't given Adobe the tools it needs to optimize Flash. But none of the criticisms about why other programs can solve these problems, but Flash can't, are answered.

Makes me thing Apple is even more right to exclude Flash from its relatively low-powered devices. (Although the argument that Apple should let users decide carries a lot of weight.)

Good luck.

It's not exactly Photoshop. It's a free little app with a few nifty filters designed to draw people to Photoshop.com.

Yes, it's Adobe's Photoshop.com mobile application. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photoshop...75235?mt=8

It will be interesting to see what an app like this might develop into after the iPad is actually in people's hands, along with apps like Brushes. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/brushes/id288230264?mt=8 I'm thinking of the functionality of something like a Wacom Cintiq display, onto which you can "paint" directly with its accompanying stylus, only iPad 1.0 will actually be the computer instead of just a display/input device, and will use fingers and gestures instead of the stylus.

A stylus solution [url=http://www.macworld.com/article/146018/2010/01/ipad_stylus.html] may not be too far off.
