How do I turn off Number Rounding in Pages?

I'm trying to print up an itemized invoice, with numbers like "2.5"(in terms of hours of work done).

I have a table with the values, and Pages keeps rounding them up to 3(or whatever the next number up is).

I usually only round to the half hour, and wasn't exactly planning on changing that.
