Watched this touching story on Mavis' Mini. Why is the sound so faint?

I sent her the links and when she watched the u-tube video the sound was almost inaudible. She had the volume turned all the way up on both the Mini and in the video.

What would cause this and is there a fix? BTW, sound is usually just fine for everything else.

I watch videos frequently on YouTube and they don't usually have sound like that video. I don't think there's any thing that can be done about it as it's a problem with the video itself. Using earbuds or headphones can help with hearing videos with low volume.
