I'm trying to find a golf course that rents Segways somewhere within driving distance of Upstate New York.
So fat I've only found courses in South Carolina and Arizona.
Anybody know of closer ones? Anybody ever play golf using Segways? It looks like it would be fun and quick.
Thanks in advance.

I don't understand.
Are golf carts not enough of a challenge?
Will you be standing on the Segways while you putt, or just while driving?

You mean it's possible to play golf without beer?! Wow, my dad told my mother that beer was part of the experience. You don't think he was fibbing to her do you?
What my dad really said was that if you weren't going to walk around the course you should take up something besides golf. I only saw him rent an electric cart once, and it was when we were on vacation and he wanted space for the ice chest and the beer. Where would you put the ice chest on a Segway?

If only Tiger had used a Segway imagine how much greener his field would have been.

MJ,
There are very few golf courses in the United States that offer Segways for rent. My company is working with a number of courses in Colorado to add them for public play. I ride the Segway frequently to play golf and it is a great, fun way to get around the course. Since cart path rules do not apply it really does speed up play and it is much easier on the course.
