Multi-Touch on Nexus One Not so Great

Sometimes rushing a competitive response isn't such a good idea.

I'd be pissed if I bought one of those phones and that feature didn't work...

Then again, this makes Apple's lawsuit more difficult.

"Your honor, as you can see, the feature that the plaintiff claims we copied does not work at all on our equipment, while it works flawlessly on the plaintiff's. One could hardly say that we copied it."

probably why you cant buy them in stores. Who drops 500 on a phone without being able to try it out first. Wife got the Moto Droid for Christmas, only because she could go to verizon and play with all the options first. No AT&T here so iPhone wasn't a option.

Successful implementation is not required to prove intent.

Works on the Droid, tho.

Maybe Apple is suing HTC because they are making inferior products and potentially poisoning the marketplace?!

Also, the screen still needs a little bit of work,

and don't put one in your pocket. It's not designed for pockets.

Seriously, who wants one of these things?

"Yeah, we stole the technology but we did a lousy job implementing it this time, so no harm, no foul!'

Really, that's what you're going with?
