how did he get an iPad? I haven't checked the "terms and conditions" (or whatever), but since iPads are not available for sale abroad, it is 100% kosher to buy one in the US and take it with you back to Norway? IIRC, on some products you have to accept that you will not export it. I have not check the iPad though.

Israel says absolutely no to the iPad, but maybe the President of Norway has a little pull.

Or maybe he'll just turn it over to Customs when he gets home. But his aim is to TCB in Norway from here.

And if there's nothing to restrict him, so much the better.

When you buy it at an Apple Store in the US, they don't ask if you're taking it out of the US, etc. By the way, he's the Prime Minister.
