Web dumping programs stymied by redirect page w/ password

On our target site here at work, going to any page will redirect you to a login page. After the password is entered, I'm guessing the permissions are saved in a cookie, and you navigate to wherever you want.

The site-grabbing programs I've found are all flummoxed by this. Some of them can handle a simple password request - those little windows that pop up asking you for your id/pw - but not a redirect page.

Suggestions?
