This isn't bad if you want Firewire 400, they have the same drive in USB 2.0 for same price too.

I picked up the 250 GB AcomData FW 400 drive for $149.99 from ChumpUSA last month and it included a $50 mail in rebate. The drive runs nice and quiet...

In all my years of rebating, the only one I had a problem with was Acomdata. I finally got it after many months & emails.

One thread I read said the staples drive has a Hitachi drive inside. . .and the rebate is a manufacturers rebate NOT a Staples Easy rebate.

Confirmed, not Easy rebate. Also use the 15 off 50 Staple coupon instore. Should bring it down to $64.99
