Successful iPhone surgery!

I'm sure this is old hat to some of you, but I'm thrilled to have just fixed my friend's 3GS (my old phone). She dropped it and damaged the LCD. Surprisingly the Glass did not crack.

Got a replacement LCD/digitizer from ebay for ~$30, watched a few Youtube videos for the steps. Took about 40 min, would probably take 20 min second time around.

Just did a new back panel for my 3G. Long time in the first time, but easy the 2nd time, when I left out the Mute button.
