I liked it. They did stray pretty far from canon with this film, but since Thor was always near the bottom of my list of favorite Marvel titles I couldn't care less.
Thor is out today...worth watching?

pinkoos, add my +1 to what Robert M said. It was an entertaining summer popcorn movie, and I didn't leave the theatre depressed or bored or angry. Certainly more fun than the trailer led me to expect.

Watched it. Best part about it was Natalie Portman.

Natalie Portman was also best thing in Your Highness.

It wasn't as bad as I expected. Good brain candy on a slow weekend afternoon. Don't go looking for compelling cinema, but it kept my attention and was entertaining. The ending did stink though. I felt like they spent the last half of the movie setting up the Avengers movie instead of worrying about the movie that they were making at the time.
