A skeptic knows that the Oil Corps are already thinking three decades ahead about anything this government can do for them now.

"Need an oil pipeline for all that Arctic Oil? Better get started on that pipeline now. It'll take 'em 20 years to build it.

But how?

Raise prices now. Force the chumps in charge to fall all over each other trying to fix it.

Offer them a win-win solution.
