gray - you've done a lot with them - have you dealt with their CS?

no because i've not had any problems. over the two years+ the service has gotten more and more streamlined. you charge. you get immediate acknowledgement. the money is swept into your bank account the next day. i'm not high volume, maybe a few hundred a month. i don't know if they still do but they used to put some kind of hold on large amounts of money before sweeping and that would piss some people off but for me it's been pretty darn sweet.
Same here, never a problem and I have two accounts. They did put a limit on a non-swipe I did when I didn't have the card. An email to them was answered in a few hours and they dropped any limit for me. It has changed my business. Clients pay me now on the spot instead of a few weeks after I invoice.

I've been using Square since the second Beta wave. I love it, and they disrupted the merchant credit card business. For me that alone, makes me more loyal.

I have had questions twice, and they were answered quickly, once by email and once by Twitter.

They initially had a small transaction fee on swiped cards, but they removed that, but kept the $0.15 transaction fee on non-present cards.

These other companies had a chance to do this prior to Square---they didn't, and they are running scared. If Square goes--how long until others raise fees.

Square is growing fast and has major funding from the likes of VISA.
