Recommend a desk chair. What's an aeron worth?

I have an Aeron at work, like it.

Have a Steelcase at home, one level below the Leap, like it. Many folks really like the Leap.

My Aeron is about 14 years old - expensive, but the best money I've ever spent on a chair. Still looks and sits as new. Other chairs I've bought never lasted over 3 years and that includes some expensive Steelcase.
