Yep. That is probably going to be the case here, unless I find a real deal. They will be losing their streaming Netflix at the beginning of September, and I just wanted them to have something, but they will be fine. They can start up the Netflix again, if they feel they want it.

might still be able to find the Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ in that price range... takes prior gen portable FreeAgent Go drives to use as storage... has enet port for networking and USB ports of which rear will accommodate wifi dongle for network, but proprietary dongle is pricey; probably better to use generic dongle... comes w/ remote for convenience... basically same specs as newer model which works w/ newer GoFlex style drives... actually gets good reviews, too...

i agree there are plenty of things to do at school besides watching tv, like studying? plus most colleges have many businesses set up to take students money. usually lots and lots of clubs, bars, parties. i can't imagine watching tv. you are worried about $10-15? j
