That's the number of Russian credit card holders. Several hold a few of my credit cards.
LOL, but then those Russian court rulings would not apply to your US credit cards.

so.... in Russia both, the bank and the customer have to sign the same fricken piece of paper in order to have a credit card issued? How 19th century!

If they are going to try and claim fraud against him because they didn't read the fine print and they get a positive verdict that is going to set the precedence that the excuse that the fine print wasn't read isn't valid. That opens the doors to users being able to sue the CC company.
