Popes John Paul II and John XXIII are on the fast track to become Saints next April. Jobs has probably acquired sufficient miracles to qualify, but the niggling fact that he wasn't Catholic continues to nobble him.

A six-foot monument in the form of a black iPhone 4 appeared in Russia's St. Petersburg. Russian Apple fans installed the construction to immortalize the founder of the company, Steve Jobs.

The sculpture was officially opened in the courtyard of the St. Petersburg Technopark of the National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics on January 9th. The rector of the university, Vladimir Vasilyev, and Steve Jobs' associate, Timothy Dion, attended the ceremony.
