Why would they not want to re-certify him? He seems quite adept at slashing with a scalpel. With such experience, I'm sure you wouldn't mind him using a sharp intsrument on your eyes.

Dude, he's a general ophthalmologist with a twice-a-month visit to his office to keep up appearances. Hardly a physician in any real sense of the word. Not at all a surgeon.

'Better hope he doesn't have a scalpel anywhere near anyone's eyes.
