Santa-Elf story gaining ground

I thought at first that this was about the abomination that is "Elf on a Shelf.' Interestingly, i heard a refreshing story about a Jewish response to this for Chanukkah - 'Mensch on a Bench.' Awesome, and not nearly so creepy and totalitarian as EoaS.

Interesting charges. I would imagine you could arrest hundreds of thousands of people a day on those charges. Just ask any waitress or bartender.
