Our second one died after one year of usage. It's the low end model purchased at Target for $30. We had a made in Germany Rowenta, also bought from Target, that lasted 5 years. We are looking for another Rowenta. The last time we check for one not made in China the price tag was $80. That was the least expensive one. Any suggestion? Wife needs to have one fast. Tia

I think that you completely purchase the
rowenta steam iron that produced in China.I have buyed such a model that has been used for a long time.
