Warning: SUID file - what is this??

My iMac at work (older intel white iMac got a white screen just before I came home tonight - shut it down and decided I would deal with it in the am) so I thought I had better repair permissions on my iMac at home just in case I don't get my iMac at work running again!!

Very few repairs but the last line said....

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

Anyone know what this means?

Is my iMac gonna die..... soon????

I am gonna post again to see what everyone does for trouble free back up.
