What is the latest version of Final Cut X that will run on OS X 10.6.8? Did it ever?

I know that at least the initial version of X did. I haven't used it in over a year now, so I don't know if it's still compatible, though.

The second one is likely referring to the current version. As of 10.0.9, you have to have Mavericks.

I can run 10.0.9 on my Mountain Lion machine in my studio but cannot update until I upgrade to Mavericks.
