RIP - Anne B. Davis (Brady Bunch's Alice)
#11
Looking at IMDB, she was seriously typecast. Following The Brady Bunch, she was only in two roles other than Alice - and one was The Love Boat.

Prior to the TBB, she was on many programs.

A "healthy" 88.

Fell and hit her head in the bathroom.

They say/report that a lot. I'm not sure they are being truthful. And it doesn't matter as it's none of my business.

Miss you ALICE!

Why would you think it isn't truthful? I have an aunt who's going to be 94 this year, and she's healthy and sharp as a tack. She walks for exercise and still drives.

My friend, mentioned above, was 72 when she fell and hit her head. You would have never guessed she was 72. She was on vacation in a hotel when the woman she was sharing her room with had forgotten her key and knocked on the door. Apparently my friend tripped while getting up and hit her head on the AC unit in the room. She never regained consciousness.

Well I certainly enjoyed the Brady Bunch and loved the Alice character. She was great.

I did see her once or twice on some other show than The Brady @#$%&, but can't remember what it was. It may have been My Favorite @#$%& or maybe Father Knows @#$%&. Or maybe even I Dream of @#$%&.
Guessing she must have popped up on The @#$%& Zone at least once.

My dad knew her in the early '70s. He always said she was as sweet and as good a person in real life as Alice was onscreen. I hate the idea that she went out this way.
