Brother compatible toner (again)

Guy,

Oy. I realize you're joking but seriously, Brother printers are no better when it comes to toner cartridges. In reality, I've had more problems with OEM cartridges from Brother than I have with aftermarket models for the same printer.

I think you mentioned before about some brother color laser printer where the toner leaked inside. I don't have experience with Color Lasers from Bother, but black and white are very solid in my experience.

Space,

Yups. Also with the HL-2270DW at my parents house. But, all things considered equal, OEM toner tends to be more reliable but you can also do well with aftermarket toner from a reputable company. That's why I only buy aftermarket toner cartridges from tonergreen.com. They've been solid and have given me no trouble.

The aftermarket toner I have in the P2035N - the cartridge that nearly took out the printer's gears - was given to me as a freebie by my next door neighbor. Unfortunately, it's impossible to determine the brand. The cartridge arrived in a black box that says, "Premium Cartridge Compatible" on it. If I could determine the brand, I'd definitely tell everyone to avoid cartridges from them.
