Update:
after about a week on ZANTAC and with smaller meals (but more often) there is no more puking! I don't think reducing the servings alone did it, cause we tried that before. I think it is that ZANTAC that helped. Actually we started to go back to his normal meals since he's grown a bit and I can see he wants to eat more, and we introduced new food in his diet, and it's still OK. It seems to be an acid reflux, and we hope by the time he's one year old it should go away.
