2015- the year of broken things (lead glass repair?)
#1
I'm sure there is a rational, scientific explanation.....
I just got done ordering a replacement blender because the "jar" from my Cuisinart fell over and smashed while it was rinsing.... which reminded me that there is a stained glass panel buried on my table that fell out of an over the sink cabinet a while back.... a few of the pieces are separated. Anyone here have any success with re-gluing these? Or know of a site that offers custom sizes?
Here's the side that hasn't yet fallen out:

Where we live there are a number of shops that cater to leaded/stained glass hobbyists and that also do repairs. I had some broken leaded glass windows that were in my prior house repaired at one of them. Check locally for one of these shops. Even if they don't do repairs they can probably direct you elsewhere.

Or, take a class and learn how to do it. It's not terribly difficult and kind of fun.

You don't really use glue to repair stained glass. It involves soldering to repair lead or zinc channel. You could probably do it yourself with a little Googling on leaded glass repair. You will need some things like a soldering iron, solder, etc.
