I'm a big fan of Philip Glenister but don't know if he's a Car Guy.

Whether the New Crew is as good as or better than Clarkson, May, and Hammond, they'll be different.

And in this case, different will likely not be better.

I never watched the show for the cars, it was for the fun and the camaraderie of Clarkson/May/Hammond. I'll wait and see what they do.
