I weighed myself this morning and am now down about 20 pounds from two months ago. My pants are getting loose and I think it will soon be time to get the box labeled thin clothes out of the closet. :-)

I've developed tennis elbow; inside tendon on the left arm, inside and outside tendons on the right side. They are bothersome but have not stopped me from doing my gym routines. Then this week the back of my right knee got tight on me, probably from kneeling on the ground and standing up repeatedly while picking persimmons off the lawn.

Off to the trainer on Tuesday.

I find that omega 3 fish oil has helped me with joint recovery a tad better. Good luck.

I have been oscillating between -1/2 lb and +2lb for the past 3 weeks. The good news is that I have also been working with a personnel trainer. My strength, flexibility and endurance are all up a notch. The bad new is that I still have about 20-25 lbs to lose.

My congrats to all of you. Keep it up.
